We are committed to reaching those who are least reached. We go where the most people have the greatest need, from the secularized urban centers of the world to remote minority groups in Asia and the Middle East. Our heart is to see the church of Jesus Christ be established and grow where it is non-existent or struggling.

Striving to be the hands and feet of Christ wherever we go, we demonstrate through love what it means to serve as a disciple. Holistic service involves addressing the real needs of people, including education, healthcare, community services, and discipleship. And throughout it all, relationships are paramount—our relationships with God, with each other, and with those we serve.

If you were to travel the globe and drop in on TEAM missionaries around the globe, you would find one meeting with Japanese artists as they explore faith through music and painting. You would find another building relationships with desert nomads in a market in North Africa, and yet another meeting businessmen in Prague over a cup of coffee. You would find a TEAM doctor in Zimbabwe making home visits to HIV/AIDS patients, and a TEAM worker in South Asia helping Muslims care for their buffalo. A young couple in East Asia would be running a trekkers lodge, and a team in Mexico would be ministering to victims of spousal abuse. And in the midst of living among people and meeting their felt needs, TEAM missionaries share the message of the One who can meet their deepest spiritual needs.
